Chocolate Energy Nutritional Energy Bites

  • 1/2 cup ground oat flour (easy to make yourself – just put organic oats In coffee grinder and grind – super easy)

  • 1/2 cup organic almond butter (or nut butter of your choice)

  • 4 scoops chocolate DNS (Daily Nutritional Support Shake)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 to 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp pink mineral sea salt

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup organic honey

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder

  • 1 to 2 tbsp ground flax seeds

  • 1 to 2 tbsp ground chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup dark enjoy life chocolate chips

Mix and roll Into 3/4 to 1 In energy treat balls. Refrigerate to harden up. Make sure all your ingredients are organic and good brands and local when you can. You can adjust dry Ingredients based on consistency you like – iI too moist, you can always add In more oat flour or some oats.

Optional: Add in 1 to 2 tbsp organic ground coffee for an espresso version. My favorite way to eat these!
